Fly Oval LTD. follows airline's cancellation and re-issue policy.

To cancel/ re-issue, travelers are advised to confirm Fly Oval LTD. 48 hours prior to the travel date. Otherwise, no-show charge might be applicable depending on the airline's rule.

To cancel/ re-issue, travelers need to call at +88 09613 808090 or knock on Messenger m.me/FlyovalBD . Our team will initiate an email and solve the issue upon confirmation from the customer.

Cancellation fee and a Standard service charge may apply in case of any change.

Cancellation fee is shared by the Airlines and may get changed at any time.

Service charge is only BDT 300 for International flight and BDT 0 for Domestic flight.

For Domestic Flight, refund will get initiated (if applicable) after a successful cancellation and refunded amount may reflect in your account within 3 to 7 working days depending on your bank. For International Flight, it may take up to 3 weeks to process the refund and reflect in your account depending on the airline and your bank.

*Convenience fee is charged by the service provider & it is non-refundable.

1. EMI is available on Flight, Hotel & Tour.

2. The payable amount must be equal to or greater than BDT 5,000 to avail the EMI facility.

3. To avail EMI facility, you must use eligible credit cards of the selected banks only.

4. You can get up to 12 months tenure depending on your card issuing bank.

5. It might take 3 to 5 working days to reflect the installment on your credit card depending on your bank.

6. Once you make the transaction, the full amount will be blocked until the installment repayments have been completed.

7. A minimal service fee named Convenience Fee may apply depending on the tenure, and it is non-refundable.
